Being physical therapists, we have a full understanding of load, capacity and proper strengthening when it comes to the human body, especially when you are coming back after time off or after recovering from an injury/ illness.

We wanted to break down the barriers to creating a good exercise routine, eliminate the guess work of what to do and how to do it to make you become more resilient for the long term, not just today. You deserve to feel good and capable in your body!

It all starts with a customized assessment of your movement and current load capacity based on your movement goals and injury history.

Then, using our exercise based app we create a specific stretching (mobility), strengthening, and coordination program to correct any muscle imbalances all aimed at improving your overall tolerance to the activities that you want to do. This is delivered daily, taking the guess work out of the equation, so you know exactly what to do to streamline your approach to better movement.

What’s included?

  • Initial Assessment and Plan-we assess your starting point and get you on the right track–this is not your cookie cutter basic online training. This is a custom plan based on your body. We take into account your current fitness level and injury history and help you come up with specific goals that will lead you to feel great in your skin and have the energy to do what you really want to do.
  • Bi-weekly Reassessments: Video visits (15-min) to reassess movement patterns, posture, and other custom measures so that you can know exactly how you’re progressing toward your goals
  • Daily workouts: receive a personalized exercise plan daily that is tailored specifically to your fitness goals and needs, helping you to train and resolve any nagging pains instead of just working around them
  • Accountability and mindset work sheets–because we can’t just address the body and not the mind when we’re shooting for overall wellness
  • 24/7 unlimited in app messaging with us to ask questions about your program, form, or anything else. We are here to support you in becoming the best you!
